177 or 184 shreditor

I'm 6'0", 195lbs should I go with the 177 or 184? I can get the 177 for $30 cheaper right now

184 might be more suitable for your size. These also have some early rise so they will ski short, but I do know that they run like 2-3cm but that won't do anything. If you are a good skier and want to go pretty fast 184 will be your length

that depends entirely on your skill set and what sheditors you are talking about.

for the shredditor 102s i think you could go either way especially if you are relatively new to the game and are planning on shredding in the park.

but for the 112s, assuming you are a technically good skier, at your weight and height the 177 would be almost out of the question if i was fitting you at the shop. especially since it has major tail rocker.

for comparison I am 5'11.5" 165 and i ride a 186 automatic 117 and a 184 jeffery 114 but for park i ride a 176 armada thall

I tend to size up when reasonable. I am 5'10" 165lbs and i ride 176 AR7s and 188 soul 7s

If its the 112 no question go 184. If its the 92 and maybe want to go park with it a little bit, its possible you could go 177. If its the 102 its all choice. Depends where you take it, how fast you ride, how good of a rider you are, and where you ride (resort)

I was looking at the 92, my home mtn is whiteface on the east coast so there isn't always a ton of snow there. I felt the 102s were too wide for what I do. I do 30% park but nothing crazy, just rails and basic spins. I mostly just job around the mountain, butter on the gun snow mounds and jump off cliffs and rocks.

I believe K2 measures a bit longer that other companies because they go with the area that has physical contact on the snow.

I have the 112 in 177cm, I'd say they ski comparable to 180cm, but at times I wish I had gone with longer ones.

Just in certain situations, the tails are fairly soft, when im a little off balance or back seat after a pillow or drop, I noticed they give a little easier than longer pow skis I've had.

But in the trees, crud and less than ideal powdays they kill it. So its a bit of trade off, good ski all-round ski.

Id go 184. I ski a 180 as my daily drivers and anything less than that would feel wayy to short. They're also mounted slightly back from center. Perfect EC all mountain mount.

K2 skis are measured differently than most other skis, meaning that a 177 K2 is more like a ~182 or so from another company, and a 184 K2 is like a ~189 or so from another company. The numbers I gave might not be exact, just a generalization. That could sway you to 177. However, I am lighter than you and I would probably get 184s for myself. It depends on your skiing style. If you like charging hard, 184 are probably best. If you value agility and like skiing in tight trees and bumps, 177 are probably best.

I'm 5'10 155lbsand 177cm shreditor is borderline too short for me. You're totally right though totally depends on OP's skiing style. I think maybe 184cm would be best though.
