What's up guys,
Just wanted to put a thread out there for anyone currently at UO, or anyone interested in going. I'm one of the lead coordinators for the freestyle ski and board team and just wanted to give some info as well as introduce myself. I got into the team because of a post on newschoolers, and have been on it for the past 2 seasons. Our team is both for those just looking to ride with friends as well as people looking to seriously compete. Here's some things to note about the team.
-We have (optional) trips every single weekend winter term until the mountain closes
-4 of those weekend will be overnight cabin trips to our team cabin in bend
-We have 2-4 required team fundraisers a year (which normally are pretty fun anyways)
-We have (optional) weekly trips to the local trampoline park in eugene.
-We sent 4 athletes to USCSA nationals and took 4th in slopestyle and 5th in rail jam
-We have around 4 other (all optional) competitions throughout the season
-We get sweet hookups from nike and pro form from your favorite brands
