Replying to I Am Sad

My girlfriend left me and I'm very sad and hurt.

She said she thought I was perfect and that I didn't do anything wrong, but she was unhappy and wanted to pursue other people who were closer.

I'm so incredibly lonely that it's sad. Nothing is on my phone anymore, nobody contacts me, nobody cares that I exist.

I need to find other girls. If I tell them that I'm sad because my girlfriend left me, would it help me with them?
