Replying to I was maimed

Hello NS, its been a while, but I'm kind of in a debacle right now. So last night a few of my friends, my girlfriend, and I, (all of us are 16-17) went over to my friends house (lets call him Jerry) because his parents were gone. We were just chilling for a while, watching T.V. and such. Then we decided it was time to bring out the Ganja. We all smoked and got pretty lifted. About an hour after we smoked, one of the friends (Billy) parents (Bob and Martha), came over. (Jerry's parents and Billy's parents are neighbors). So when they roll up to the scene they know whats up right away, they talk to Billy and send him home. I walked of somewhere and when I get back Bob has Jerry by the neck with his feet dangling and is yelling at him telling him it is all his fault and saying Jerry's mom will never look at Jerry the same Martha is telling Bob to stop but Bob says he is in control, Martha shouts that he is not. I pipe up and this is how the conversation went,
Me: Its not Jerry's fault, Bob
Bob: Well then whose fault is it? (Yelling)
Me: Its no ones fault
Bob: Well who brought the pot?
Me: I am not going to tell you
Bob: *Points at Jerry* did you bring it?
Jerry: No
Bob: *Points at me* did you bring it?
Me: Nope
Bob: Well who brought it?
Me: I am not going to tell you
Bob: FUCKIN TELL ME DINGUS (didn't actually say dingus)
and then he charges me grabs my hand to the point where I am bleeding and starts pushing me back and yelling at me. He lets go and storms off to his house. I am no story teller but the bottom line is Bob had Jerry by the neck and damn near broke my hand. Bob is also not petite man, he is 6' 5" and like 270lbs, and he was also drunk at the time. My dad and Jerry's dad is going to talk to him about it, but do you guys think this should be a lawsuit? I know lawsuit are pussy, but idk that extra cash would be dope, but its mostly the justice that should be served. And the fact that a 45 year old man attacked two 16 year olds. I was pretty scared.
