But seriously, I wait just long enough so that if I land on it again, I can at least keep from yelling in agony. I like Traumeel or arnica for bruising pain and Irong Hand liniment to help heal it. https://www.mtntools.com/cat/boulder/bdog_liniment.htm Stuff works very well.
But I'm a holistic hippy so maybe just rub some dirt on it and take some ibuprofen.
Well I landed on my thigh pretty hard the second weekend of my mountain being open, and I just delt with it for the rest of the week. The next weekend I had the exact same crash. And I developed a massive hematoma on my thigh. Could barely walk for 2 days. My friend forced me to go out on day 3, but I had to take it easy. Had random flare ups all month where I could barely walk. I still have the hematoma, but it's mostly numb. It just hangs off my cheek, and it jiggles when I poke it.
I somehow pre ejected with the good old squires while doing a 3, I got off axis and landed hip first on the ski, I had a massive bruise and didn't ski for the rest of the day. I could barely put my ski back on because it hurt so bad to push down with my leg and i was in agony on my way to the car. Then the next week comes along, I still have a massive bruise but of course I still go skiing. At my mountain, jore mountain resort, they have a nice donkey dick with probably about a 30 degree kink(I'll find a picture) and I slip out and absolutely destroy my side again. I had to use my hand to push my boot down and pull up the heel peice of the binding. I go straight all the way down because it hurt so much to turn and I probably didn't get out of bed for the rest of the weekend. So big bruises, let them heal. Small bruises, fuck em
