Finger Sliced on Ski Edge Airbag Jump

So today I was hitting the airbag at my local summer setup hill, and it was my first day on my new Traveling Circus skis 2015. Did a Japan 3, came down, and somehow sliced my pinky open ON MY SKI EDGE. Anybody ever experience this? I'm wearing gloves from now on. Should I dull my edges?

I literally did the same thing on my backyard setup a week ago. My pinky got sliced real good. Lots of blood.

It happens with new skis but you might not want to use new skis on the summer set up because it might trash them

Nah you held that grab so good you landed still grabbing. Never mind slicing you finger thats just a side effect of holding a G as grab

I let go of the grab coming down.. My hand dropped to my side as I bounced into the bag for maximum steeze effect.. And I guess somewhere, lost in the after bang, my pinkly gave a sensual lick to my edge.

That shit happened to my pointer finger yesterday. I just rubbed some mud in it to stop the bleeding and kept lapping though because I'm more raw than stept.

I did this last winter trying to block off some jerry so he didn't get run over. Moms skis were sharp as fuck. Was not stoked.

one time I did a triple cork but threw it so hard that when I got the high mute grab the momentum was wrong and I cut my hand off

Still have scars on my leg from summer jibbing in shorts and somehow cutting/bruising my leg with my edge ove 3 months ago. Shit sucks
