Replying to Not another "which camcorder" thread
Just kidding, it totally is.
Hey guys, so I recently sold my DSLR photo camera to replace it with something a bit more film-specific. My budget is around $1000, and my highest priorities for a camera are
1. Good film quality, preferably HD
2. User friendly, so any of my friends could pick it up and get halfway decent shots
3. Durability and cold/snowy weather resistance, for obvious reasons
Some of the cameras I'm looking at currently are;
Sony HXR-MC50U
JVC GY-HM100U
Panasonic AG-HVF200AP
Does anybody have any experience with any of these cameras, and could offer some of their person pro's and con's? Or do any of you have anything which would fit my budget which you would recommend?
