Search Bar Pro CC by Adobe is pretty good but ther is also final repost X that works well too.

Sony vegas pro is amazing.

I like playing all the clips one after the other on my computer and just recording that with some music playing in the background with my phone to make an edit. If you're not into that, then Windows MovieMaker is pretty good

The new Apple iMovie is quite nice. Simple yet powerful. Other than that, FCPX for $300 is an option while I found that it doesn't export nicely and it kinda ruins the film. Whatever
