Gyms in SLC

I'm headed out to SLC to go to some coaches clinics at the olympic center of excellence. Figured I would just camp out in my car. Looking for a gym I can hit up Friday- Sunday for a workout and a shower. Hopefully not overly expensive. Any recommendations?
