Replying to Touring binding needed?

Hi guys

I'm off to japan in january for my first big freeride trip. I'm normally more of a park rat, but I'm pretty excited to hit the bottomless powder there.

I decided to get the Atomic Bent Chetler for that trip, as this ski suits my riding style the most.

I think you can never skip a bit of hiking when you want to hit the best lines. I came across the idea that a touring binding could be smart, but I don't like the extra weight and I prefer to be close to the ski.

What would you guys recommend me? What's your powder set-up?
