360 off poppy jumps

Ridiculous

So I recently gained access to a mega ramp to an air bag. The main jump has tons of pop. I can 7 to my feet every time, but when I try to 3 off it I usually land on my back. So, NS, how do you 3 off really poppy jumps?

Grabbing early in the spin should slow it down a bit.

You're probably setting the rotation too early. Don't wind up much and focus on staying balanced and forward til you're right at the edge of the lip.

Pressure on yours shins, if you take off backseat you will land backseat.

You are going to want to come up to the lip with your shins in the front of your boots, knees above toes and crouched, and pop. grabbing also helps with bigger 3s and also if you're throwing pencil 3s its a hell of a lot easier to go off axis and land backseat. Make sure to get a good pop, turn your shoulders and bring your knees up, optional grab, and then stomp it
