I had a pair or 2012 Line Afterbangs laying around for a few years, and decided to use them this year.
I waxed them, but after using them on my backyard setup for a day, the base burn was back.
I also need to detune the edges under the bindings, as at the moment, they're just scraping away plastic from my PVC rails.
I'm not too experienced with ski repair, but would something like running a steel scraper down the skis multiple times, and then using a variety of brushes work to get rid of base burn? (I used this video for reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=5&v=H96_dAgeHRs)
Then for detuning edges, would just a file, diamond stone, and gummy stone work?
Thanks
