not new, drew has been filming like this for a couple years. sammy has a summer edit from two years ago where he was sessioning a mostly private jump at hood with lots of really long pole gopro shots like this. some of the first double orbital shots were shot like this

I never saw it before. That was way nice.

Looking at the shadow it seemed like some sort of gimbal on the end of that super long pole. Nice use of a Go-Pro.
