Replying to Pros in college

I've always been wondering what some of the pros did with their education. I mean I know a lot of them went to college, but did any of them have a backup plan in case they didn't end up pro (unfortunately skiing doesn't last forever also) or get a degree in something they enjoyed studying, or did they just kinda move through school knowing that they'd end up pro or just end up in a job that pays them enough money to ski every year?
