Anyone heard of the lumenati?

Apparently this company has dropped a decent way to shoot edits. I just found them on am ad. Has anyone ever heard of em? It seems like a great idea for people who can't drop $500+ on a camera for shooting but iPhone 6s have great video quality so it seems pretty rad.
