Russ versus Evan SKATE game is nuts

Russ versus Evan is probably the most insane game yet, topping last game of Wally and Woodsy. A 15 minute game made it super intense, and both going to 4 letters made it even better. Hats off to both riders. SPOILER ALERT.

Highlights of the game include:
- back 5 swap
- 2 on 3 swap
- nose butter dub 12
- 6 on
- 8 on
- switch front flip
- unnatty dub 10

probably missed a few but those are what stick out

Thoughts on the game?

Seems to me that there is an unsaid rule of slvsh to not do a scary jump trick that the other person has never done before. Im sure evan could've busted out the right dub 12 and other sw rightside dubs to end that game. He knew beforehand russ wasn't gonna like it when he did that right dub 10 and had to encourage him lol

thing is that that's kinda the point of these games. i know every time i play a game with my buddies i learn a few tricks and so do they.

Russ has had a right dub 12 in his slope runs for years and was the first ever to land an unnatural dub cork (at the last Joss). I just think he doesn't like the right dub 10 like so many of the other guys that have done acls before (landing switch is way less risky for bad knee ligaments).

I agree with the general point though. They both only pulled out one jump trick they knew the other would struggle with. The game would have been over way sooner if Evan had done more switch mistys or if Russ started trying triples or something

It's funny because Russ laid it down 10x cleaner anyways. Russ don't give a fuck.

Also the casual super elusive on the down flat which wasn't even a called trick.

Russ has right dub 12 and probably sw right dubs too, right dub 10 was a specific dub Evan knew would throw him off

I just watched it again (for the 7th time) and did the math.

I counted 31590 degrees of rotation!!
And that is fucked up on its own, but what's even more fucked up is that only 10530 degrees were on jumps while 21060 were somehow connected to rails!
