You gotta make the skier girl yourself. Find a relatively attractive girl (doesnt have to be too hot, once you teach her to ski she'll eventually just become hot). Bring her to your local small terrain park and teach her the basics, ya know, like steeze, and tanner hall n shit. Get her to hit a box and youre set.

The one and only time I got laid after a day skiing was on a uni ski trip. Spent the entire day showing the fuck off, skiing backwards, staying way ahead of the pack, hitting all the jumps at the edge... got a lot of shit off my mates for being such a showoff but I did get laid so fuckit. And ask her "have you ever had sex in a gondola?"... you know, flirty stuff.

I waited my whole skiing career to be alone on a lift with a cutie. And then when it finally happened the girl turned down my offer to take a run together despite the good convo on the way up and the fact it was a pow day.
Other than that either make the skier chick yourself like someone mentioned or get a job at a ski shop or mountain... and hope your coworker doesn't back out after 4 dates an a make out sesh because she has commitment issues.... not that I'm talking from personal experience or anything.
