freeski1620Idk if I'd do that. Dukes don't hold up well to jibbing. That moving afd isn't very durable. If you do break it its an easy $20 fix.
That aside your question was about stand height. If that's what you're worried about look into a guardian. With the non moving afd it's about half the height of a duke. And you shouldn't need the adjustable afd cause you have an alpine lug. Unless you're skiing a rubber sole at boot. That would be a strange set up.
tomPietrowskiThe new gaurdian does have a sliding afd to allow touring boots to be used bur yeah I would rather those then guardians or look at the tyrolia Frame binding which I completly can't remember the name of.
