Finland early season and where to buy skis

I'll be in Finland (Helsinki) for a few months starting November 21. I'm wondering if any resorts will be open at that time, and how much snow there may be up north. I'd also like to get some cheap/used skis and boots if anyone would have them for sale at that point. Also let me know if you want to go for a ski.
