keefskiI am a 13 year old kid, I weigh 110 and I'm about 5'4". About a week ago I went to a boot fitter and tried on the 2012 Soul Sister, since then they have changed the shell and liner but the 2012 model has the FTO shell and same liner too
the soul sister has a different shell designed for women and will fit differently in the calf than the drop kick's you bought...I would suggest going to the best boot-fitter in your town or adjacent towns, return the boots you bought and get fitted for a pair being sold where you get them fitted...even if that means getting the exact same pair you want them to fit well or your season will not be as fun as it could be. Keep an open mind, not everyone fits in full tilts, we know they're cool, we know everyone wants a pair but the fact is a lot of people just don't fit in them. Tell the boot fitter exactly what you want, a medium to soft flexing boot for park use as well as riding the whole mountain. (thats what i can gather from the OP) Then absolutely get what ever boot you end up with heat molded (if thats an option) /worked on/fiddled with, and take some time to do it. Boots are not something to just pick up and expect them to work like a pair of skis.
