Cheapest place to buy a MacBook Air?

Decided to go with the new MacBook Air with a 2.2 GHz and intel core i7. Gonna get 128GB and get extra storage for cheaper. I just want to know where the cheapest place to get one is. Preferably new. Please help out.

B&H photo doesn't charge tax, I bought my MB Air from them. It saves you a nice chunk of change.

cheapest legit legal way, get a used one or one off a bidding site.-(Recomended) Or try to risk it and get one off the deep web....

Try getting one from newschoolers.....There might be some deals on black Friday if you can wait.

Student discount through apple, or go refurbished. You might also be able to find decent deals/perks (like $100 for apps/iTunes) for back to school

Education deal will be like $100 off, similar to B&H if you wanna buy it directly from apple.

Oh, I used education to get my macbook pro a while ago, and in that case, 10% was well over $100. I also saved a bit by upgrading ram and storage myself, but it looks like those days are over.

Im pretty sure its not just 10%, its based on the mode/price(%) but its like a flat rate. The cheaper computers were always 100, then it went up by 50. Maybe he'd save 150.

There should be a link or section you click then it asks what school you're attending and boom. Might only be for uni tho.

Go to an apple store if you have one in the area. Usually they are really chill about giving our student discounts. I got 10% off a MBP in 8th grade haha. Much easier to convince a person to give you the discount than a computer

Well there's a store in Utah. I'm in Idaho. If I make a trip down sometime soon I'll have to go in and see.

I've heard apple is extra lenient, like you can even say it is a gift for a student. I did it online, and all I had to do was click my college. I think some schools have their IT departments preconfigure/recommend certain models. I never had to provide proof, where as I needed an official letter and schedule to get a student discount on my ski pass.
