So The new Gear just dropped http://armadaskis.com
I really like The williams Jersey and The pipe cleaner, but overall i think they've had better stuff in earlier years, just Wanted others opinion and what They might want to buy

I personally don't think the graphics on this years thalls are very good they were better in past years especially 2014

the yellow al dente's were my fav. the newer models look pretty bad in terms of their graphics

Opinion is most of their park skis have been the same for years, redesigned ar7 or t hall with rocker and full sidewall please

Year after year they continue to have the worst graphics in the industry, their outerwear looks SUPER sick though this year. Really digging the triple in black, looks a lot like the old coaches jacket moment made.

isn't the bdog basically an alpha of sorts? i havent paid attention at all so my b if that's not really true

That would be moving backwards though. The ar5 and 6 were both full sidewall and were good but the 50/50 sidewall they use now just make the skis more playful as the swing weight is reduced and they are a little softer in the extremes.

As as for rocker on them, it may be good but I think it's better kept for the wider park skis but a thall with a little early rise could be good if they stiffened the overall ski but then you would probably just end up with a similar feel to te current version.

I'm a fan of the Trap pant, I've been hoping that Armada would throw in a slim pant in their outerwear line, definitely gonna have to pick up a pair for this winter. The Harlaut Sweatpant doesn't even look like they're even legit ski pants, just some baggy ass joggers.

The AR7 graphics look retarded. The Norwalk and the TST graphics look pretty clean compared to the rest of the pow ski line. The Metallica collab looks really sick imo.

Also there's a collab Throttle Glove with High Fives, which is dope. However some of the gloves and mittens have some flashy graphics. Not to mention the Shelter Gore-Tex Glove looks like they're knock-off Kinco gloves.

I'm stoked that Armada stepped up their technical layering by adding in more products to choose from for base layers. I like how there aren't any signs of ridiculous patterns on the base layers compared to Saga's tek-layer products.

I like the Reading Flannel Hoody and the Hans Jacket in the apparel line, though.

Last year's Harlaut jacket was the sickest thing ever but I hate the new one. Its ugly.

Is the Pipe cleaner the only park ski with a sintered a base? I would love some Armada's but I can't get down with extruded bases.

I'm pretty sure most of the ar7 and thall etc use a sintered base it's just that the pipe cleaner uses the higher quality race sintered base.

naw, i don't think many if any of armada's do that bush league extruded base bullshit. ive been really impressed with my armada bases
