WhydoineedthisReally wanna learn this trick next year, and was just wondering if anyone could explain how to do it?? thanks
chicknfriedsteakThink of doing a switch cork 7 but when you're going forwards.
david-alexI don't know if you can misty but it's pretty much the same thing the only difference being that you won't go absolutely inverted. You wan to set it kinda like a flatspin? it's really weird to explain but you set it like a flatspin but spin like a misty less inverted... When you approach the kicker you want to have regular stance (legs shoulder width apart and arms like a T), then you want throw the opposite arm that you spin infront of you (think cork... when you cork you throw the same arm behind you instead and drop your shoulder). That should set your rotation for bio and when it comes to bio 7 I'd say reach for mute if you can as I believe it's the easiest grab to reach it that position and once you are at more or less 450 you release the grab and turn your head a little to complete the rotation. So when you start to exit the flippy part release the grab or your landing wont be clean and you might just land really back seated.
Go luck!
