For the past months I've taken on making this website as a side project.
Anyone who is involved with the ski industry knows how frequent knee injuries (ACL) are. But when working on graduating project during my masters I found there wasn't much information on ski knee injury prevention available to the public that was backed up with evidence.
So I've tried to create a website for skiers to educate them on the causes of knee injuries, how they occur while skiing and suggestions for exercises for their prevention. I still have lots to do on the site, and will be adding more and more layers. I hope that you find some of it useful.
