Surface skis customer service ?

I ordered a pair of surface skis about a week ago and I still havnt received a tracing number and I have email surface and have received no reply. Has anyone else had this problem?

I bought my surfaces off evo and i just emailed surface after cause i had a few questions for them. Ive sent probably about 5 emails or so but never heard back from them.

Same thing is happening to me. I ordered a pair of skis a week ago and haven't received a tracking number. I sent countless emails and everytime I call the customer service number, it goes to voicemail with no other information.
