Learning to mount bindings on skis

Where can I learn to mount bindings on skis? Also, do I need some sort of certification to work at a local shop?

Tons of videos online or you could probably go into a shop and watch and learn.

acquire plank of wood/junk skis, watch online tutorial, mount bindings as many times as possible until you are confident on your ability

If you are getting a job at a shop they will probably teach you
