Newschoolers Fantasy Football Money League - V.4

It's time. Football is almost upon us... actually its still far away but I wanted to get started on this to make sure we get the league going again this year. This will be the 4th season we've done this, last year was probably the best one we did. We had the buy-in set at $15 with a payout of $100 for first, $35 for second and $15 for third. We can always switch this up or adjust if we raise the buy-in. The draft will either be during the last week of preseason or the week before the first regular season game. The league will be on ESPN also. I think we will cap the league at 10 teams, maybe we can go to 12 if we get tons of interest. Last year we all got on google hangout or tinychat during the draft and had a grand ole time, I say we do that again as well.

I can't remember the specific rules of the league as far as PPR and all that. Who ever has some input on that post it. If you want to make some changes to the rules, suggest them.

How to get into this league you ask? PM Steezy_P, he is the guy who you will send money to. He has collected all 4 years and paid out all for years. He will send you his paypal e-mail and once he gets paid you get an invite to the league with your e-mail.

Thomas, Sneed, Benjamin, Jackson, Gio, plus Walker is a decent TE.

I wouldn't say they all suck, but he's got no RBs and wants chris johnson from me, good luck :)

its tough because i feel like i'd be trading 1 sure starter for 3 bench players. to even accept those bench players i'd have to drop better people from my team. let me see if theres something else that might work out.

Got a lot of trade offers, but couldn't pull the trigger. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. My team is blending well. What I lack in QB & TE production, I make up for in RB & WR production.

Yeah thats him, Sam I commented a page or two back but I don't think you replied. I know shit got funky and you couldn't draft, but now's the time if you're going to pay because I need to figure out what we will do if you aren't willing (which I think we all understand if you aren't)

i have similar feelings for my team. right now i've got about the right depth to carry through the bye weeks. any more injuries and some of these offers would make a little more sense.

Me and Sam have a trade out for a Benjamin who plays tonight. We want to try to push it through today, not wait for it to pass approval because Benjamin plays tonight.

Anyone opposed to this? The trade is Benjamin and Crowell for Forte and Blue.

lol...casey benched sanu this week not thinking that he has about 8-9 players on Bye and can't even come up with 1/2 of a starting line-up amongst the bunch. He's in panic-mode now piecing together a team of misfits for the week...what's sad is his team will probably still outscore my hospital-wing.

My team is either going to fail epically, or soar this week.

I can't trust Luck--especially against Denver, but my back up Flacco is on bye, so I have to start Bortles-- which any other week I'd be fine with, but he's playing the jets :(

So he'll either be decent or completely suck.

Then I've got 4 other players, including all of my wide receivers limping in as "probable," including Desean Jackson-- making his season debut.
