Does anybody have this Helly Hansen puffy? If so, what do you think? How does it hold up during a day of skiing? How water resistant is the coat?

Thanks for any responses. I finally found a place that I could get it at, and I am really tempted.

i bought this jacket, and it is incredible. only problem is that it is only water resistant. this scared me being that i live in washington, so i returned it. it fit very well, but i dont know about how well it will hold up in the wet stuff.

Yeah. I am from Washington too. I guess I could always just use it off the slopes.

you can ride in it on sunny days. water will roll off of it, but if it's precipitating and you're out in it for a while there's a chance it might soak through. cool jacket though. i like the peather color.

^ yeah, peather was insane. that coat is soo cool. i wish i had the money to just buy it to dink around in, but sadly i needed a more practical coat for washington.

check out some of the other H/H stuff thats more waterproof. Its a shame that puffy isnt, because its a sick jacket.


ill be super rich and own mt.hood and let everybody from ns ski for free... except freezed

I have it and have worn it in downpours setting up parks in Maine and it has held up surprisingly well. I usually got wet on my lower arms below my elbows, but stayed dry everywhere else. Its warm as hell too. And the dtailing is incredible. The stitching is all random and theres some cool details in the inside lining.
PLEASE HELP ME, take advantage of one of these sick offers!!
