The shell of these boots have some scratches and marks from general use.
Not a ton of wear on toes and heels.
All buckles function!
Liners are worn out and ripped on the inside of the back heel.

If your a US size 9.5 they may be a bit big on you..
I would look for a 27.5 or a 26.5 if your looking for a snug fit
