I'm stuck in Vista, California for the next 4 days on a worktrip - carless. I have a sweet hotel room, but I want to do something while I'm here if possible.
Anyone live in the area? Lets go ding dong ditch some random people's stupid houses.

.Hugo.masturbate in public
Peter.whatever you do, make sure you watch out for cars when youre riding your bike
ryanoAlso, torrey pines is beautiful. its a casual hike and just super fun to go down to the beach and wander.
RachyBring a camera.
DingoSeanConsidering I'm down here with 3 Nikon D700's and a D3s at my disposal... I have plenty of the sort lol.
what's the public transportation like here guys? I don't have a car available to me, as I'm being shuttled around by my boss (who probably wouldn't let me borrow his car to joyride around in)
PoLaRpEaKCar2go?
DingoSeanNah. Looks like that's just like zipcar in the bay area. Not really something available in the suburbs.
Also expensive. 15$ a minute? i can get a train down there in an hour from oceanside it looks.. for 3$ more.
PoLaRpEaKVista looks close to carlsbad why don't you just walk, or borrow a bike?
DingoSeanI'm like 10 miles away from Carlsbad/Oceanside/Anything near the ocean. I'm not about to walk that when I could just take an uber or a train or something - especially if I'm hauling camera gear. Also, navagating the suburbs on foot sounds like a nightmare. fuck that.
Borrowing a bike would be great! too bad there's nobody I know down here who has a bike I could borrow - otherwise I'd definitely be doing that.
Turd.Fergusonim leaving bay area for SoCal right now, let me know if you find any good resturaunts in san diego
DingoSeanI'm thinking I'm not even going to go down to SD.. I'm right here by Oceanside/Carlsbad. might as well soak up the ocean when it's not too far away rather than waste time getting to SD and hope to get back at a normal hour.
Shredde_McgnarPull a Michael Hibbs and ski some concrete
DingoSeanI can do that anywhere... Plus I didn't bring skis here because that's silly.
