This is my personal experience between the two camps i've been to. I have gown up in a freeride backround so the park skiing scene was new for me last year. i am currently 15 years old.
Windells (2014),
i went to windells last year for my first skiing camp ever and had a great time. It was newschoolers week. i thought the camp life was completely awesome. having a skate park everywhere i go and the trampolines on site is great. i had mixed feelings about the cabins, while they were great for getting to know people they were terrible for any comfort or privacy. However i didn't feel the park was as great. the features seemed like the were all or nothing. the jibs were either a flat box or a tall kink rail or something. There was not much between them so progression was very hard. the coaches all seemed a little less concerned about safety. so in conclusion i think if you're already a great skier and wanna have fun then go to windells.
Camp of Champions (2015),
I got back from COC 2 weeks ago for newschoolers week too and came back a better skier then ive ever been. the snow was fantasic considering how terrible the PNW season was this year. The park and coaching was fantastic, when i went in i could barely do a 360 and only ride boxes. by the end of the 6 days i could 540, a backflips, switch ups, 270 off, front flip, and just all around a cleaner skier. however it was a much less social camp. considering you stay in a hotel room instead of a cabin it really limits how much interaction you can have. without a campus its just harder to meet new people. The trampoline park at COC is not close to the hotel room so you have to take the bus but there were more trampolines you could use vs windells 2. going to the trampoline park was really the most social part outside of the mountain. i think i made the most friends on the chairlifts and T-bar. overall i had a better time at COC becuase i improved much more. that may have something to do with my coach (sandy boville) being fantastic.
So in conclusion if you want to have fun and meet people then go to windells, but if you want to become a better skier then camp of champions is the place to go.
TO NEWSCHOOLERS: I ate a whole onion both years for you guys contests and got 2nd place two years in a row and got a t shirt in return. i missed out on two pairs of skis so be ready next year....
