IF it wasn't an easy ass job there wouldn't be 100 applicants for every 1 position in every school system that isn't located in a major city with a lot of jobs and money. Get out of CHicago/LA/NY and every stupid girl you meet wants to be a elementary school teacher.
(The "HARD" teaching jobs involve little to no teaching and are babysitting awful misbehaving children who don't want to learn.)

THIRDLY...I actually think that the notions you've put forth are genuine. I don't think your response to my contribution was a troll and was actually a legitimate response. First off, your statistic is completely unfounded and skewed based on my argument. The statistic varies from state to state: raning up to 400/1 in New Jersey and down to 2.3/1 in New York. The majority of development take place after a child turns 12 and before they turn 18. I.e. not elementary. Secondly, you cannot refute the fact that in order to even be considered for a teaching license you MUST have a college degree. Competition in the field should ONLY FUCKING DRIVE SALARY UPWARD. Not warrant a salary decrease. If more cunts were adequately educated, maybe your mother would have known better than to keep you around. The last mother fucking point I would like to make is that the necessity of the job no longer equates to the compensation. MEANING.....your fat ass can live with out a god damn triple fucking cheeseburger. Our children cannot live without a decent Math, English, Science, and History education.
