centermounting PE's

I was just wondering why K2 recommends such an un-centermounted sole position on the PE's. It seems way far back and mine are centermounted like 4 inches ahead of that. Just wondering if they did that for a reason.

i just got some new PE's today and was wondering where i should mount if i plan on doing 70% all mountain/back country and 15% groomer and 15% park. i was thinking +2 or +3 cm in front of the mid sole line? does that sound about right for what im doing?????????????????

sure, but if u like ur skis further back(some people do) leave um on hte line or just do like +1. 2 or 3 sounds nice though

freeze you should like +2, i had them there but 2 weeks i remounted them at +7 cuz i want to do more park, but mi a good enough skiier to still ride everything else with them centered

well ive been raceing for the last few years and so im used to race skis but i think ill be doing manely all mount./back country so should i still do +2

+3 to squeeze a little extra tail out of them for park, and still won't hurt your allmtn skills.

good idea. Mine are +4. They're, like the others said, all mountain skis, not just rail skis, so dont centremount em
