Hey guys - incase you didn't know KF makes the best skis on the planet, but also has some ill customer service. Can't wait to call a pair my own and quite possibly sleep with them for years to come. They do shit right, so buy their shit - alright?
You mean the guys that never sent me a tracking number for a pair of skis so i didnt know they were even sent to me. Then a week and a half later i asked them if they sent the skis out yet and they told me ya they were delivered a few days ago. So since i was never informed they were sitting on my porch where a neighbor snatched them up the night they were delivered. Ya great customer service. Luckily i got them back because the kids parents noticed a giant box that didnt belong to him and brought them over to me. Not to mention they just ignored me when i mentioned the skis were not there and asked them a few more questions

Hugo has every right to be pissed. There was a glitch in our system and his skis could have easily been stolen. I just don't want people to think we wouldn't do everything we could to make things right if his situation had a worse outcome.

It would be a bit of an inconvenience but it's almost as if he is arguing with an invalid reason that actually could have been valid had he argued it differently. It's an error on both sides. After riding the jeff 114 then hopping on the Rayzrs idk what it was, but the Rayzrs seemed to plow through the crud a little better. Idk it seemed like the Jeff stayed on top while the Rayzrs busted through (like comparing apples to oranges but what the heck)
I was in your same position except with both kartel and FR. I blindly got the Rayzrs and have had 0 complaints and have loved them. Bases hardly dry out even on the summer setup lol

KF pro = more carbon fiber so more torsional rigidity and stability imo. You will most likely (not always) be able to find the Rayzrs a bit cheaper new.

For what its worth i did email back saying they werent there. But i hold no grudge, everything worked out and the skis were returned to me. Like i said up there was just having a real bad day at work yesterday.

Here. the yellow square are townhomes, the one on the corner with more detail was where I lived. The brown is the porch and the red is the driveway/garage. the little black lines on the porch are the doors. Package was left at the front door off the main road (yellow dash). When I come home from work id come from the direction the arrow is pointing and pull into the garage. The front door hardly got used as the grill and patio furniture was off the side door
When I first found out what happened I was actually pissed off at ups or whoever delivered it. Who the hell leaves a giant, most likely expensive package on a porch right off a main, busy road?

I would agree that it is entirely the delivery company's fault. Don't they have to get signed confirmation of the delivery most times? I live in an apartment and have seen macbooks and thinkpads and shit sitting outside my neighbour's doors which is pretty crazy. I typically make orders to the ups store or fedex as it is safer to pick up from there and not have it sitting outside my place for a few hours.
Not sure why you'd be pissed at kf, the second they hand the package over to a shipping company it is out of their hands and as with most companies, it is not their problem if something goes wrong with shipping.

well flex is relative to each persons liking. for me im 6'2 about 180lbs and id say the tails are about a 7-8, and the noses about a 6-7. so the tails are very supportive and the noses seem on the stiffer side to me but still if you have good form you can easily butter them. i have terrible form and i can usually lock down some decent nose presses and stuff.

and its not like ive ridden a ton of park, or disastered a bunch of rails ( theres only 2 rails lol) but i havent even had an edge crack. i detuned rather well and have only suffered from dull edges. bases and edges look rather new but since im constantly wrecking i have some pretty good sidewall and topsheet hacks. but base and edge wise theyre absolutely golden and have been super impressed. bases are hard and deflect rocks wayyyy better than my 4frnts. also im a huge fan of the 3/4 edge wrap so if you drill a rock with your tip, it implode your edge, as i have seen with 3-4 pairs of my friends armadas.
