~Gotama~The key to doing grabs in any sport is that you can't reach down to grab, rather you should lift you knees up to bring your feet to your hands. I find tail grabs the easiest since bending the knees brings the tail of your ski to where your hand is, and you don't have to contort yourself to get the grab.
Practice doing your 360s with you legs bent and your knees up as high as you can get them. Getting comfortable doing this (i.e. doing it without flailing) will make getting the grab very easy.
