Replying to Timberline summer ski update windells

Hey yall, so as of today I was informed that timberline will run till August like normal, the windells lane is just about toast completely. There is no longer any of the rope tows left as of yesterday the tear down started. Windells may well be moved up above midway on the Palmer glacier due east the lift will be hike on to midway station, walk off top of Palmer starting this Friday. Keep in mind if you plan on going, @destoylab and the windells diggers will make sure you'll have fun, but it will be a rough time. For those that haven't rode Palmer in the summer its load every other chair 4 to a chair all day due to 28 ski race lanes and the mogul racers (where windells may have to push in on their course). Lines average 30-50 yards in peak ride times, I will post pictures as I can tomorrow and over the week on snow conditions if I still have work Ha.
