Tour de France 2015

The Tour de France starts this Saturday and since I haven't seen a thread about it I figured I'd create one.

Haven't kept super up to date with the build up so far but I'll be rooting from Froome and the rest of Team Sky as usual.

Quintana lost the tour because he lost 1.5 min on Neeltje Jans. That was so unnecessary.

I really hope Tinkoff Saxo will do everything to help Sagan tomorrow, he really deserves that win..but it will probably be Greipel..

I must say, I really liked the route and stages of the Tour this year.

Yeah, a lot of behavior from fans at the tour this year has just been horrendous. Despicable really is the only way to describe it. Such a shame to see a group of morons doing their best to ruin an otherwise great race.

Too be fair if there was even 1 proper time trial, Quin wouldn't even be near Froome, nor anyone else apart from T. Martin. I don't like the omission this year, TT's are pretty cool too switch things up.

Every idiot here loved it, even the Public broadcaster was talking about the excellent atmosphere the dutchies were bringing ignoring the facts.

There will still be a sprint for the stage. The finish for the Maillot Jaune ended yesterday basically. It is basically an unwritten rule that the last stage is just for the sprinters and not the GC.

I wish Kittel had been there, can you imagine those two duking it out? Anyone else see Sagan rubbing shoulders hardcore up to that sprint?

Yeah he was getting mad feisty there, with whoever it was in the white kit. And yeah it's kind of a bummer he's not. Aha I can't wait for the Vuelta and then next season already.

Yeah, i don't think the final stage has really been exciting for the GC since Fignon vs. Lemond... and I was like 2 back then.
