Hey guys and gals!

We recently launched an official NS account (username: @Newschoolers) on the livestreaming app Periscope. You receive a notification every time a livestream of ours is being broadcast!

Why use an obscure app over a well known web based host? People don't always want to stream from a smartphone.

What web based host are you talking about, the NSTV livestream that we have setup on the site itself or a different one?

I guess I should change the title of this thread. I intended it to be a play on NSTV and the mobile livestreams that we can now do. Regardless, the streaming from the app is extremely smooth for the most part and gives people a chance to interact immediately with whoever we have on the stream.

Periscope is just an easy way to do this. We'll try it a few times and see what happens. Follow us so you get a notification when we're live.

I may try streaming some of the windells night shoot so follow us for a notification when that happens within the next 30 or so minutes.
