MinggMaybe they will change their minds about alcohol, but cigs man? Cigs may not be the "worst thing in the world" but they're pretty damn horrible for your lungs. You weren't an idiot for thinking they're bad. They are bad. They're addicting as shit and nothing that great comes out of it, in my opinion.
eheathI've been drinking since I was 16 and its just what we did, everyone did. We didnt drink to be cool, we drank for the same reason anyone in college drinks or anyone goes to a bar, socialize, loosen up, have fun etc. This has continues until now and is what everyone I know does to this day as well, drinking and getting drunk is a very "normal" thing in our society.
Just because you drink alcohol doesn't mean its going to ruin your life or youre going to become an alcoholic. People who have issues with booze shouldnt drink, but people never figure that out until they've had bad experience so of course some peoples lives get ruined, but with education and awareness it can be avoided and stopped.
The context in which I am referring to their age is that they are under 18, they live at their parents house, they pay for nothing, they 'think' they know a lot because of the internet. I was their age before, I had the internet too. I know what its like to be 17 and I know what its like to live 10 years after that. I know that they dont know what theyre talking about because when you're that age you really dont know shit about anything and that's just how it is. Its not suppose to be an insult, its just the truth.

Almost all my football friends smoke weed and drink alcohol at parties. I'm no stranger to it, I've been exposed to it nearly my whole life. I've just made the decision, that I'll never drink. Simple as that. It doesn't make everyone else who drinks a bad person.

I have had multiple partner and I've never gotten an STD. They're definitely risk to having sex, I think getting somebody pregnant is a much more likely problem then getting a virus from sex, but I think where you're from people have greatly exaggerated what those risks are for STD's
