There are more than just two answer to the question "why do you eat". Some people eat when they're stressed, some when they're just hungry, and some have eating disorders where it doesn't matter if they're hungry or not, they still eat.

That would fit indirectly under the category "because it tastes good." Because they eat the food to make them feel better. They eat for the feeling, just like people who eat because it tastes good.

A lot of times I eat for the experience. It does tie in with taste a lot, but going to hole in the wall type restaurants is always a good time no matter how great the food is.
