Summer turf question

So I'm putting the turf on my set up, and I was wondering if it is better to put the turf only around the bars of wood that I have spaced every 8 inches, or if I should cover the whole setup with turf? What are the pros and cons of each? I hope this makes sense...thanks!!

I've seen both done. It looks like the both of them get the same amount of speed, I have no experience though. If I were you I would wrap it, then you could use your drop in like a ladder if you dont already have one

Well scientifically if you just put it on the bars of wood you should go faster because less friction. But it's up to you. I would just put it on the bars to save money on turf
