I thought it was funny and the guy lives right by me. Plus its actually really good advice. People try to make losing weight way more complicated than it actually is

yeah lol thats what was great.

Soda is the fucking devil, processed fat meat is awful. You don't have to count carbs or cals, you just have to be kind of smart about what you eat most of the time, and you will lose weight.

And if you have a pretty active lifestyle, ie biking, skating, skiing, hiking, occasional basketball/football/soccer/frisbee you really don't even have to consciously exercise.

so i started sifting thru his other videos..

he goes to a crossfit competition and the lady interviewing him is like, "how long have you been doing crossfit" he says "3 months" haha. and goes on to say, i dont even train in crossfit, i just do my normal lifting. haha.

True. I stopped drinking soda/energy drinks few years and the results are amazing. Lost like 10 pounds and got the motivation to start lifting.
