Has anyone here ever used these herbs/adaptogens listed below? And if so can you give me your experience. I’ve read amazing things about these adaptogens and how some people have completely cured their anxiety and depression even more so than taking SSRI drugs.
-Rhodiola Rosea
-Holy Basil
-Maca
-Ashwagandha
-Muira puama
Any input would greatly be appreciated!
Frankly, I have been under a significant amount of stress in regards to work. Staying up all night working has taken a serious toll on my hormonal balance. My cortisol levels have skyrocketed and my dopamine and serotonin levels have decreased. I'm spaced out.
