Yeah, I wonder how his age would affect that, I think someone said it was the same surgery that Kane had last year, and he was out two months, but I think they rushed for the playoffs. I hope they don't rush McDavid, no point in making it worse, even if the unimaginable happens and they are fighting for a playoff spot. I was out for at least 2 months before I was back to doing normal everyday shit, or sleeping on my left side... Eheath has been out about that long too since he broke his. Fuck that, man.

This needed to happen. It's their biggest weak point. If they can learn to play defensively with Mike Condon it really rounds out their weaknesses. In all honesty though it means sweet fuck all unless they can destroy Tampa.
Im so surprised with the devils this year. I expected far worse than 8-5-1 with 8-2-0 in the last 10 games. I hope they can keep it up and get a decent season out of a rebuild team!
Whoops I meant to post that somewhere else haha. I read on hfboards/twitter that the Condon is only doing well because of the system and that Price is a product of our "defensive" system. These are probably the same people who thought the team is nothing with Price, smh
Well I think this is the most balanced our team has been in years. Price being the best net minder in the league has pushed the team far but when you get to playoff time that's when you see the defensive holes that arise when Price gets overplayed and tired.
I think this years plays and roster reflects that. I think Mike Condon is just a result of Montreal having the best goal coaches in the world. Honestly this kind of reminds me of when Halak or Budaj were on the team. I think they just need to keep building Mike up and just have two great goalies on the team.

I'm quite OK with the new all-star format. I've really enjoyed the 3-3 OT so far. An entire 3-3 game will be great. So much room and chances for showboating and the scores will be stupid high. Can't wait to watch players like Ovi and Tarasenko work some magic.
Honestly it's fun to watch the players just have fun with the game. Just shinny style.
Also to my fellow Habs fans looks like Price is out for minimum six weeks ( could be more for rehab, and just getting back in shape). Thoughts on this? Honestly I think it's a great thing. Condon is doing alright in the net so far, and time off from Price might actually help the team.

Larkin or Pulkkinen? Both are insanely talented dudes. Its crazy Larkin is only 19, too. he puts up some of the most points on the team and is having one of the better rookie years. Pulcannon is a beast, too. His slappers are powerful when they are on target, he looks very brett hull-esque when he rips some shots from the point.

Man Canadian teams have been brutal this year. So disappointing. And the last couple months definitely put to bed the question of if Montreal is still a good team without Price. Although last I checked they were the only canadian team in a playoff position.. By 1 point. So sad.
