the problem with compaing them is it is so back anf forth. one year canon will blow nikon out of the water, and ten nikon will come back strong and revolutionize something.

i personally prefer canon because their menues work better for me, and i like magic lantern but it is really all up to the person.

both are SO good.

I get this is popular on here, but why for feature films and TV are they still using Canons? If it's known that they're inferior to GHs, etc.

I mean they used to... Now they have 1dx and c100/300 that are the same size. Id be surprised if anyone uses a sub $3000 dlsr for a feature.

Hmm true, I guess it depends when exactly they filmed, but I watched this video of the DP of Mad Max: Fury Road and they went through ten 5Ds, it was pretty cool. But I guess they filmed that a few years ago so who knows.
