What Skis to Buy?

Hello NS,
I am currently riding Joystick Those. I love the skis, but they're just not my style.

I'm 5'11", 170 lbs. (I'll probably be 6'1" and 190 lbs. by the beginning of next winter) and high intermediate to expert skier (I plan to learn all 8 over the summer.) I am looking for a lightweight, rockered, durable, flexible ski. I plan on doing mostly rails, lots of butters and a couple of jumps, so it would be nice if it had some stability. I would like to keep the waist below 100, as that is one of the reasons i want to change skis. I don't really have a budget limit but I would like to stay under $550. I see the ON3P FR's and Kartels, KF Razrblades, Batalla Park Reapers and Icelantic Da'Nollies.

Really can't go wrong with either of these skis. It comes down to the smaller things between these choices such as waist width and durability etc. I can't help you a lot because I'm not a gear expert, but all of these skis would really fit your description well. Hopefully Tom comments on here to help you out a bit more than me

I have a pair of park reapers, there are pretty durable, a delaminated mine, but that is not the fault of the ski, just the 1/1000 way I did it (gorilla tape foxed it no problem though). Overall I can say they are a solid ski, ride hreat switch, if your planning on taking them out for summer skiing they ride great in slush, as well as any other condition, the only real problem, this could be the fault of the binding, was in more choppy snow I felt like the side of my ski was catching on the snow. Overall I would definitely recommend them, I haven't ridden the others but I have heard a lot of goods thing especially from on3p, dont think you can go wrong either way.

K2 shreditor 92's are light, rockered, stable, durable and hella fun. Plus there's a ton of them around and you could get last years model for really cheap. I prefer the shreditor 102's because i weigh 200 lbs and have the muscle to crank em around. Plus they have a shit ton of rocker. but both are super fun skis. And they're medium flex so you can butter and be stable.

i got HG's absolutely love them, thick edge, bomb proof core, no delam at all. really strong ski honestly and especially if ur gonna be doing rails as often as i do then these skis hold up real good. center mount too so its a win win. a little bit more expensive but u get a dope ass warranty from some super cool dudes and deff worth the buy.

I'll recommend the Batallas, KF, and ON3P.

I bought some Batallas, but mine were a defect ski, I'll get a replacement tho. They killed it in pow for being 91 waist, have super similar rocked to ON3P.

I have the Kartel 106s and love them, highly recommend. Ask me anything on them. I've also spent time on the 98s, but the FR seem to fit more out of those 3.

I have taken like 1/2 a run on KF so I can't speak for them but my best friend (Washington) has them and loves them. I'm sure he'll comment here about them and you could ask any questions about them.

They're nice, quality skis, I like riding them. It's just I would like different skis that fit my riding style more.

On3p filthy riches are awesome, love mine. kartels are a bit stiffer but ihear they are great to. kitten factory razors are really identical to filthy riches. looked at the park reapers and they seem like a good ski but have heard no input on the. you might want to try moment vices to i love mine tinner than the filthy riches and have less smaller edge. i think they are a little stiffer than the filthys.
