Line Chronic Cat on a Poster?

I know this isn't really threadworthy and the stupid title is because of the stupid thread but was watching Everybody Hates Chris and I couldn't help but notice the fluorescent poster in the background. It appears to be the same exact cat as the bottom cat Line's current Chronics. See for yourself, do you think it is the same thing? I compared the two and can't tell a difference.

It looks to me like the tail is at a different angle and the front paw is different too

The head of the cat on the poster looks tilted, every so slightly.

I wasn't being sarcastic, it really is much the same - the colour palette is identical! No doubt the artist got 'inspired' by the original.
