.WashingtonBoth are solid skis. On3ps have thicker edges and bases, so imo that's what I would want. I've heard good things about both skis.
also you may want to consider kitten factory rayzrblaydz. Super similar to the FR, same base and edges, same construction, just 95 underfoot.
BWalmerVices are stiffer and have less rocker, FRs have bamboo core and thicker edges. Also, the Vices have had some durability issues in the past, they can be hit or miss.
The edge and base thickness are really the only similarities between the Rayzrblaydz and the FR. KF uses maple cores and a ton of carbon fiber, making them ski very differently.
People really underestimate the bamboo core, it makes for a much more responsive and snappy ski while still allowing for dampness, plus it's far more durable than other woods.
All 3 are high quality skis made by good companies in the U.S. so you can't really go wrong here. Kinda more comes down to what you're looking for in a ski.
VizualI have vices, and I've rode filthy riches. Vice's are slightly stiffer, but not that much. They both have a good amount of rocker too
