Summers here schools out perfect time to do something to improve your athletic performance before the snow starts flying again. I have been skiing for 23 years and have built my career around athletics. I am currently a personal trainer specifically for athletes and coached at the Div II level for Strength and Conditioning.
Over the past few years, I have researched different athletes and designed a workout program that is specifically for skiing. I noticed a huge difference in my own performance and would like to see what others achieve from it. I am putting together a website where these programs can be purchased for $15.00 for each 6 week program and also put up different workouts and training videos.
I'm looking for 2 males and 2 females that would like to try out my programs for free in trade for writing a short review and feedback. Any feedback on this topic would be great and appreciated. Feel free to add your input if you think its to expensive, Strength training isn't important in skiing, there's already too many people trying this in our sport.
