Seperating articles and movies in the new section

What do you mean by the 'new' section? As well, can you give me an example of non-separated items?

Ok sorry - you mean the news page? Also can you give me an example of something that should be separated? They're definitely supposed to be... news in news and videos in videos.

I remember over the winter seeing a video in their and thinking, hmm somebody put that in the wrong section but just scrolled through and there were a few videos in there.


It has the option where you can remotely link a website so if people are posting a video from another site they seem to be throwing it in there.

Ski the north and probably some other stuff.

I think you can still remotely host videos in the regular video section.

Idk maybe I don't understand something but sometimes in the season there's a lot of stuff flowing through the news article in general, some from people on here, some from other sites, and imo don't really need things that are strictly videos in the same category.

We delete news articles that are just embedded videos, at least we strive to do so. If you see this, just message us and we'll take care of it. Sometimes our journalists will embed a video in their article and thats fine, but we don't allow a new article to just be a video.

Yeah as Evan said, this is exactly the idea. We're actually going to be bringing on some new mods who are strictly focused on moderating the content sections as those continue to blow up in popularity.
